Tourane Fresh & Pure, located in the heart of Brussels, offers authentic, tasty Vietnamese cuisine prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Tourane's dishes are prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients imported directly from Vietnam. Chef Huynh Nguyen works closely with local producers to ensure that the ingredients are of the highest quality. Tourane's cuisine is a fusion of traditional Vietnamese flavours and modern techniques. The dishes are flavoursome and fragrant, and emphasise the freshness of the ingredients.
